Lixil Window partnered with Tag My Assets to improve the visibility, identification and control of its fixed assets across manufacturing facilities. The project involved physical verification, QR code asset tagging and reconciliation of assets with the Fixed Asset Register (FAR).
Using our structured floor-to-sheet and sheet-to-floor verification methodology, every asset was physically verified, tagged and digitally mapped to the client’s asset register. This improved asset traceability, strengthened internal controls and significantly reduced the effort required during statutory audits and physical verification exercises.
The project delivered a reliable and updated Fixed Asset Register, enabling faster audits, better compliance, improved maintenance planning and greater confidence in asset reporting.

🎯Business Challenge
Lixil Window required accurate physical verification of fixed assets across its manufacturing facility. Over time, assets had been relocated, new assets had been added, and FAR records required validation.
The objective was to verify every asset, apply QR code asset tags, reconcile findings with the FAR and create an updated audit-ready asset database.
Our Solution
Tag My Assets deployed a dedicated verification team using a floor-to-sheet and sheet-to-floor methodology.
Each verified asset was tagged with a unique QR code, matched against the Fixed Asset Register and reconciled. Updated reports provided complete visibility over the organization’s fixed assets.
